• Condensation Risk Assessment
• Budget Bills of Quantities
• Roof Maintenance Division - Preventative maintenance contracts on an annual and bi annual basis

We will produce a full Roofing Package for Specifiers and Approved Roofing Contractors containing a Bill of Quantities, Specifications, Auto Cad Details and Datasheets for all proposed materials.

This service is a valuable part of the overall package. After a satisfied final inspection The Roof Centre Ltd. And Manufacturers of our products will provide a unique insurance backed warranty covering up to 20 year's.
